Idaho´s high elevation provides an excellent climate for growing cereal grains.
Vomitoxin is non-existent because of the altitude and cool growing nights.
Idaho is also the birthplace of commercial irrigation (wheel lines and pivots).
This, no doubt, was the result of a slightly drier climate and innovative growers.
The advantage of the drier climate with the combination of commercial irrigation
allows the farmers here to adequately water their crops when they specifically
need it and at the rate they require for superior crops. The soil is not only
great for the famous Idaho potato, but high quality grain. Many Malting companies
have located here because of the excellent Malt Barley grown locally.
Here are some of our table grade products, available bagged or bulk.
